What’s New In CHIS – V2 ?

The CHIS-V2 is made from the ground-up for support of up to an UNLIMITED concurrent User with the correct type of supported hardware setup.
The CHIS-V2 has now the support of creating, managing, billing PPPoE, VPN, and Hotspot user accounts, making it a perfect fit to run an ISP with Mikrotik RoS or other supported NAS.
The CHIS-V2 Now is 100% complaint or exceeds the complaint requirements of most of the Telecom Regulatory around the world especially PTA in Pakistan and TRA in UAE.
The CHIS-V2 is now capable of changing Access Packages / Access Speeds of any user account type anytime on the fly without the need for disconnecting the user to apply the changes.
The CHIS-V2 has now a fully customizable Users Self Care Portal for users that can be used to check account status, change access package, add temporary speed boost or change, make payments, change self contact details (e-mail, contact number), etc.
The CHIS-V2 has automated recursive billing support, which automatically generates user bills every month with respect to their billing cycle and emails them automatically, and automatically disables accounts in case of non-payment after the due date.
The CHIS-V2 now supports VAT and other TAX support.
The CHIS-V2 now supports Automatic database backups to the VNS Cloud if required or selected.
The CHIS-V2 seamlessly automatically updates itself once there is an update if your package supports updates.
The CHIS-V2 now Maintains Access Logs (Login, Logout Details), connection tracking records, DNS / internet browsing records (if enabled) , User information for Up to 200 Days minimum, and 400 Days maximum.
